Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Consumer Agreement
PayPal: PayPal payments acceptable.
No order will be shipped out if Paypal payment is still pending.
Bank Wire (T/T): Bank wire is also accepted. If you make payment by T/T, please email us for wire details.

Shipping & Delivery
All packages are double checked and well packed by our warehouse staffs to make sure they are safe on the delivery.
Combined Shipping is available for most items and we always try our best to save freight for our customers.

Sales Tax
The item price does not include GST.

Limited Warranty
All items (excluding OEM turbos) come with a one-year warranty starting from the date the package is received. If the item is damaged, please contact us first via email at kelly@mgdauto.com.au. We will respond promptly and provide detailed warranty information. Please note: if the damage is caused by improper use, the buyer will be responsible for the repair fees.

Buyers are required to complete the following steps:

  1. Provide a detailed explanation of the installation process for the turbo/parts and send photos of the damaged components to kelly@mgdauto.com.au.
  2. Send the damaged turbo/parts to the designated repair location and provide the tracking number.

Important: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost (from the buyer’s address to our repair facility).
Once the returned turbo/parts are received, we will conduct a thorough inspection and do our best to repair the item for you. No refund will be issued if the buyer does not follow the warranty policy or fails to return the damaged turbo/parts. Depending on the specific circumstances, an additional service or replacement fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy
If we send the wrong item, we will send a replacement part ASAP once we receive your information and photos.
If customers purchase incorrect parts, we accept returns within 2 weeks from the date the package is received.
The returned package must be under brand new condition. 20% restocking fee will be applied and Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
